Title:
IN-STATION ERROR COMPENSATING METHOD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3412015
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-station error compensating method capable of easily calibrating an in-station error based on any factor such as in-station delay, delay fluctuation, and frequency characteristics across the whole band of a reception signal in real time.
SOLUTION: A phase calibration signal being one side band wave of a PSK diffusion signal obtained by PSK diffusing a PN signal and a carrier wave is generated by a calibration signal generating part, and injected into a reception signal by a directional coupler 7 just under an antenna 1, and the wide rag cross-correlation function of the phase calibration signal is obtained by a wide rag cross-correlation processing means 13 based on the phase calibration signal transmitted through an amplifier 8, and sampled by a sampling means 11 and a PN signal, and in-station frequency characteristics are obtained by an in- station frequency characteristic obtaining means 17 based on a frequency spectrum obtained by a frequency spectrum obtaining means 14 and in-station frequency characteristics stored in a calibration signal generating part frequency characteristics storing means 16, and any in-station error included in the reception signal is compensated by an in-station error compensating means 18 based on the in-station frequency characteristics.
