Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe body inside backing treatment device capable of efficiently executing backing treatment in a short time on a part of ranging over a wide range of an inner surface of a pipe body.SOLUTION: A pipe body inside backing treatment device comprises a guide device 2 for moving the axis 2a along the center line of a steel pipe (a pipe body) P and a work device 3 arranged on the tip side of the guide device 2, and the work device 3 comprises a rotational driving part 4 installed in a tip part of the guide device 2, a rotary body 5 connected to a rotary output shaft 4a of the rotational driving part 4 and rotatingly driven with the axis 2a as the center, an arm 6 for connecting a base end part to the rotary body 5 via a rocking support pin 53 so that the tip part moves in the direction for separating-contacting to a cylindrical inner peripheral surface of a main column a and a backing treatment tool 7 installed in the tip part of the arm 6, and the rocking support pin 53 is arranged in a position at a predetermined interval in the radial direction from a rotation center line 5a of the rotary body 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
