To provide a low-cost in-vehicle care lift used without being attached/ detached and dispensing with getting-in/out works.

This in-vehicle care lift comprises a first arm 1 rotationally supported to the side of a raising/lowering door 17 of a roof carrier 5 attached on a roof 18 of an automobile, a second arm 2 slidably attached to the first arm 1, and a third arm 3 attached adjacent to the tip of the second arm 2 and suspending a seat device 4. The third arm 3 can be stored in the second arm 2 so that the seat device 4 can be carried from a position sufficiently separated from the car body to a seat. This constitution extremely facilitates the getting-in/out works, allows the automobile to travel with the lift folded and disposed on the roof carrier 5, eliminates the attachment/detachment of the lift at every time of getting-in/out, and dispenses with securing a storage space.
