To provide an in-vehicle communication device that can give priority to multiple power supply stations, a computer program, and a priority determination method.SOLUTION: An in-vehicle communication device according to an embodiment mounted on a vehicle that performs wireless power supply with a power supply station and performing wireless communication with the power supply station includes a storage unit that stores history information regarding success or failure of wireless power supply at the power supply station, a search unit that searches for a power supply station capable of wireless communication, and an order determination unit that determines the priority of the power supply stations searched for by the search unit on the basis of the history information stored in the storage unit, and also may include a display processing unit that performs processing of displaying a list of power supply stations according to the priority order determined by the order determination unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
