Abstract:
To improve safety against a collision in an in-vehicle electronic device.
The in-vehicle electronic device includes: a proximity sensor 3 for detecting the approach of a vehicle coming from behind; a control unit 6 connected to the proximity sensor 3; and a door opening sensor 8, a seat belt fastening sensor 9 and a display unit 5 that are connected to the control unit 6. The control unit 6 detects the approach of a vehicle coming from behind by the proximity sensor 3, and also notifies the backward side of the getting-off of an occupant by the display unit 5 when detecting a getting-off motion of the occupant by the door opening sensor 8 and the seat belt fastening sensor 9.
