A main control part 100 which is a master device and each of actuator units MIX, MODE, F/R which are slave devices are constituted so that serial data communication is carried out through an LIN BUS on the in-vehicle instrument control system furnished with the master-slave type car-loaded network such as an LIN, etc. Such system is devised so that delivery of the communication data is stopped by a communication permission means 111 when the battery power source voltage getting out of the predetermined range (7.3-18 volts, for instance) is detected by a battery power source voltage monitoring means 130 on the side of the main control part 100 on the system.
