To provide an in-train video display system which can collect advertisement rate appropriate to advertisement effects.
According to the in-train video display system, advertisement rate is calculated based on showing frequency of an advertisement video and the number of passengers when showing it. In addition, the contents of advertisement videos are different depending on train position and time zone.
