To provide an incandescent bulb lighting device without shortening a contact life even a contact capacity for blinking the incandescent bulb is reduced.

In this device, a timer circuit 3 is placed in parallel in a relay 2 operated by operating a lighting switch 1 of an incandescent bulb 5 and a timer contact 4 delay-operated by the timer circuit 3 and the incandescent bulb 5 are serially connected to a power source 8. Then, a relay contact 6 and a feeble current carrying circuit 7 are disposed in the timer contact 4 in parallel. The feeble current carrying circuit 7 is operated by interlocking the lighting switch 1 and then the timer contact 4 is delay-operated.
