Abstract:
To propose technique that materializes more reduction of the moisture content of incineration ash to be discharged than ever before while suppressing increase in size of a device, in an incineration ash cooling device.SOLUTION: An incineration ash cooling device comprises: a water tank part into which incineration ash from a combustion furnace is charged; a reservoir tank having a discharge passage part formed with an upgrade passage from the water tank part toward a discharge port; and a pusher pushing the incineration ash in the reservoir tank toward the discharge port. A sealing part pushed-out downward is provided in the ceiling of the discharge passage part inlet, and the passage area of the discharge passage part inlet is reduced in comparison with the area of other part by the sealing part. The bottom level of the discharge passage part discharge port is higher than the lower end level of the sealing part, and the water surface level of cooling water stored in the reservoir tank is lower than the lower end level of the sealing part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
