To effectively utilize an incineration bottom ash as a cement raw material and a raw material for refining while reducing treatment cost.SOLUTION: A treatment apparatus 1 for an incineration bottom ash includes: a magnetic separator 4 for separating incineration bottom ash into a magnetized material B and a non-magnetized material B; and a blowing separator 6 for separating the magnetized material B discharged from the magnetic separator 4 into a light product and a heavy product. The magnetic separator 4 may be a drum type magnetic separator having a magnet with a magnetic flux density of 1,500 gauss or more, and the blowing separator 6 can be a vertical type zigzag blowing separator. A drier 5 for drying the magnetized material B separated by the magnetic separator 4 is provided between the magnetic separator 4 and the blowing separator 6, and the blowing separator 6 can separate the magnetized material (dried material) dried by the drier 5 into a light product and a heavy product. A suspension type magnetic separator 2 having a magnet with a magnetic flux density of 1,000 gauss or more and 2,000 gauss or less is provided in front of the magnetic separator 4, and the magnetic separator 4 can separate the non-magnetized material A separated by the suspension type magnetic separator 2 into the magnetized material B and the non-magnetized material B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
