Abstract:

To provide an incineration method capable of efficiently incinerating synthetic wood.SOLUTION: An incineration method for synthetic wood that comprises fiber-reinforced plastic containing a glass fiber material and has a maximum size of over 1.5 m includes: a first step of cutting the synthetic wood to cut pieces of a length of 1.5 m or less; and a second step of incinerating the cut pieces at 600°C-1200°C for 2-6 hours to obtain glass fiber material-containing incineration residue. The ignition loss of the incineration residue is less than 10%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
