To provide an incising cuttor device capable of preventing wood from being chipped and capable of uniformly forming a large number of micropores to the wood.
The incising cuttor device is equipped with a rotationally driven mounting shaft part 2 and a plurality of disc-shaped cuttors 3 mounted on the mounting shaft part 2 so as to be stacked in the axial direction of the mounting shaft part 2, and the angle between the mutually adjacent cutting blades 3a and 3a and the angle between the mutually adjacent rod insertion holes B and B are set so as to become mutually different and all of a large number of the disc-shaped cuttors 3 are formed into the same shape and a plurality of the disc-shaped cuttors 3 are attached to the mounting shaft part 2 so that a plurality of the rod members 2c provided in the vicinity of the mounting shaft part 2 are passed through a plurality of the rod insertion holes B and the mounting shaft part 2 is passed through a mounting hole A.
