To provide an incision device, which is used for a clip for biological tissue to stitch up a tissue incised part and for a minimum invasive (solid wall) incision of tissue such as stomach wall or colon.
The incision device having an extensible sleeve 3, which is fixed/formed on a distal end of a shaft-type insertion means 2 and to which the clip for biological tissue 4 biased with spring power is detachably attached by an opening/drawing device on an distal front edge of a cap 1, and including a cup-shaped cap to be used for a shaft-shaped insertion means, is disclosed. An incision tool 33 held by an inner wall of the extensible sleeve 3 in an axial distance predetermined from the distal front edge of the cap 1 is provided in the extensible sleeve 3.
