To provide an inclination meter to be mounted on a sky pole.

The inclination meter comprises a gradation plate 2 provided with angular gradations on the side face thereof, a pendulum rod 3 having an indication line and fixed, at one end thereof, to an appropriate point of the gradation plate 2 so that the position of the indication line can be confirmed after it is shifted through turning of the pendulum rod 3, and means 6, 7, 8 provided at appropriate parts of the gradation plate 2 in order to mount the inclination meter onto a sky pole.
