In an incoming call reporting signal transmitter 24 informing the incoming call, incoming call sound can be detected by inserting a jack to an earphone microphone terminal 23 which is provided at a portable telephone 21 side and executing connection and also the incoming call reporting signal transmitter 24 is mounted to the portable telephone 21 so as to be supported. In the portable telephone 21, the voice signal of incoming call sound is generated when an incoming call signal is received from a base station 22, it is inputted to the incoming call reporting signal transmitter 24 with the earphone and microphone terminal 23 and the incoming call is detected. The incoming call reporting signal transmitter 24 generates an incoming call reporting signal 25, transmitted it to a card-type incoming call reporting signal receiver 26 and a list-type incoming call reporting signal receiver 27 by radio wave and informs the incoming call at the portable telephone 21 side by vibration and a voice output buzzer.
