An independently operable and movable radiator comprises a body to which a large number of radial members are connected, each radial member comprises a first metallic plate 3 and a second metallic plate 4 coupled with each other, and a center part through which a fluid heated at the preset temperature is circulated, and the radial members are connected to each other through a passage hub 7 to circulate the heated fluid inside the body, and each radial member has one area on the surface outside a center part 5.
