To provide an emergency breaker with an indicating lamp by which the number of part items can be reduced and which can be easily installed even on a distribution board having an assembled type breaker and is excellent in functionality and installing workability.
A lithium battery 40 to light a light emitting diode 30 fixed to a tip part is housed in a battery housing part 12. The battery housing part 12 is formed in the size by which the plate-like lithium battery 40 can longitudinally move. In the battery housing part 12, a positive electrode terminal 18 is installed on its tip side, and a negative electrode plate 20 is arranged on a surface contacting with a lower part 44 being a negative electrode of the lithium battery 40. When a lever 52 is put in an ON condition, since the lithium battery 40 moves backward, a current-carrying passage to light the light emitting diode 30 is not formed, and the current-carrying passage to light the light emitting diode 30 by coming into contact with the positive electrode terminal 18 by a movement of the lithium battery 40 is formed when the lever 52 is put in an OFF condition.
