Abstract:
To provide a device, a method and a program for managing indirect expenses, that categorize work contents of sales management and support department workers into direct project work and indirect project work, and that allocate indirect expenses required for indirect project occupation by referring to allocation criteria of indirect expense allocation.SOLUTION: A device for managing indirect expenses comprises a control part and includes: classifying means which can access a project table, an allocation criteria master, a daily report table, and a purchase table, and refers to the project table, the daily report table and the allocation criteria master to calculate occupation time spent on direct projects and indirect projects by which sales management and support department workers have been occupied, and to classify the sales management and support work expenses into direct expenses and indirect expenses according to occupation time ratios; and allocating means for allocating indirect expenses to direct projects by referring to the allocation criteria master.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
