Abstract:
To provide an indirect heating-type drying facility capable of stabilizing the moisture content of a material to be dried by following the load fluctuation of a heating dryer and the generated heat quantity fluctuation of a heat source while effectively utilizing the generated heat, and capable of decreasing the facility cost.SOLUTION: The indirect heating-type drying facility comprises: a heat medium heating heat exchanger 1 that transfers heat from a heat source to a heat medium; a heating dryer 2 that indirectly heats and dries a moisture-containing material to be dried by the heat medium; and a heat medium circulation line 3 that circulates a heat medium between them, wherein a heat exchanger 4 for cooling a heat medium is interposed in the heat medium circulation line 3. The indirect heating-type drying facility is structured in such a manner that air for cooling a heat medium delivered from the heat exchanger 4 for cooling a heat medium is introduced into the heating dryer 2 as carrier air via a carrier air delivery line 12, and a carrier air circulation line 15 branched from the carrier air delivery line 12 is provided to return the carrier air to the heat exchanger 4 for cooling a heat medium to reheat the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
