To provide an indirect tool which can easily handle a specified electric wire sheath peeling tool in indirect hot-line work.
The indirect tool includes a support shaft 9, a first hook-shaped 15 function device 10, and a second bar-shaped 25 function device 20. The hook-shaped 15 part is used for being hooked into the screwing hole, to work on the blades for cutting the electric wire sheath, of the electric wire sheath peeling tool to turn the sheath peeling tool. The bar-shaped 25 part has a structure using a passage part 11 having a hook-shape 15 part as a base end and substantially stood vertically relative to the extension plane of the hook-shape 15 part. Therefore, the bar-shaped 25 part is not hindered by the hook-shaped 15 part for being inserted into the specified operation hole of the electric wire sheath peeling tool for turning the peeling tool centering around the electric wire. Furthermore, the sheath peeling tool is positioned at a position away from the extension line A1 of the support shaft 9, enabling the operation to be conducted from below so as to easily exceed the electric wire.
