This system is provided with storage means 7 for storing predetermined individual danger areas 105a, 105b and 105c, a person's location detecting means 21 for detecting the location of a person, an individual identifying means 5 for identifying a predetermined individual, a warning issuing means 8 for issuing a warning and a control means 1 for specifying the predetermined person identified by the individual identifying means 5 and a person whose location is detected by the person's location detecting means 21, and for issuing a warning by the warning issuing means 8 when the identified predetermined person intrudes the danger areas 105, 105b and 105c corresponding to the predetermined individuals stored in the storage means 1.
