Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect an individual operation of a dispersion type power source at a high speed and parallel off a plurality of dispersion type power sources.SOLUTION: An individual operation detection device 140b includes: a variation generation part 142 which is interconnected with a commercial power system 110, and which gives fluctuation to an output of at least one dispersion type power source not including all of a plurality of dispersion type power sources 130 belonging to a predetermined connection range; and a parallel-off processing part 144 which detects fluctuation of a predetermined electrical parameter at a system interconnection point, and which parallels off the plurality of dispersion type power sources from the commercial power system or outputs an individual operation signal stopping the plurality of dispersion type power sources when the predetermined electrical parameter is fluctuated exceeding a threshold value due to the fluctuation given by the variation generation part.
