PURPOSE: To use multi-color light following a sharp image indoor decoration by allowing thin sheet or metal foil which does not permit light transmission with a picture or a pattern drawn using small holes, to attach to a cathode ray tube of color TV for appreciation.

CONSTITUTION: A film which does not permit light transmission such as metal foil, paper or plastic is used and is called temporarily as a shielding surface. This surface is punctured using a thin needle to form small holes 2. These small holes 2 are used for drawing a variety of patterns or pictures. This shielding surface is attached to a cathode ray tube of color TV using any device, for example, adhesive tape, sucker, metal fixture and using electrostatic current generated with switch turned ON, if the shielding surface 1 is of metal film, so that it sticks to the tube surface tightly or with a specified distance maintained between the both. In this case, to make sure that no light leaks from the edge of the shielding surface 1, a cover 3 which does not permit light to pass through, for example, metal, paper, plastics or foamed styrol is attached for increased effects. Thus a pattern or a picture drawn on the shielding surface indicates a color change and therefore, a viewer can enjoy varying color tones.
