PURPOSE: To unneccesitate the attachment of a anti-noise measure part to each line of an IC, and to simplify the mounting process of an anti-noise measure part by a method wherein an IC is attached to the die pad of an inductor- provided inductor part, and each terminal of the IC is attached to a printed wiring board through the intermediary of an outer electrode which is provided on the circumference of the inductor part corresponding to each terminal of the IC.
CONSTITUTION: An inductor part 2 consists of a laminated body 4 of magnetic layers 3a and 3d, and it has plane shape which is larger than an IC1. On the laminated body 4, a die pad 5 on which the IC1 will by placed is provided on the upper surface of the lamination, and also a mounting electrode 6, to be used to connect to each terminal 1a of the IC1, is provided. On the circumference of the laminated body 4, outer electrodes 7 to be connected to the line pattern of a printed wiring board are provided. In the internal part of the laminated body 4, internal conductors 8 which become inductors are provided. When a mounting operation is conducted, the outer electrodes 7 are connected to each line pattern on the printed wiring board.
