Title:
INDUCTION ABSORPTIVE MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3928036
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction absorptive material which hardly causes a change and deterioration in the irreversible characteristics occurring in light reaction and temperature rise in spite of irradiation with a strong laser beam as exciting light and is stably repetitively usable for a long period of time even in the atmospheric air.
SOLUTION: The induction absorptive material is formed of at least one oxide of metals selected from the group consisting of Ti, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Nb, Mo, Ru, In, Sn, Sb, Ta, W, Re, Os, Ir, and Bi and a transparent substrate.
