Title:
INDUCTION HEATING COOKER AND ITS PROGRAM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2010199051
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To accurately maintain a temperature of a cooking vessel within a predetermined range from a predetermined temperature specified by an input means.

An induction heating cooker is provided with a top plate, a heating coil, an input means, a control means controlling the high-frequency current applied to the heating coil to heat the cooking vessel, and an infrared sensor detecting, via the top plate, infrared energy emitted from the cooking vessel. The control means controls the high-frequency current applied to the heating coil based on the output of the infrared sensor so that the temperature of the cooking vessel is maintained at a temperature within a predetermined range from a predetermined temperature specified by an input means.
