Abstract:

A substrate for printing where a conductive material is filled into a spiral recess is overlapped on an insulating substrate 10, the conductive material filled into the recess of the substrate for printing is transferred to the insulating substrate 10 and is burned along with the insulating substrate 10, a coil pattern section 13 is formed flush with the insulating substrate 10, and at the same time a non-magnetic body 23 made of a non-magnetic material is provided at the coil pattern section 13.
