Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrial combustion facility capable of efficient and reliable waste fluid treatment even if fuel and waste fluid are mixed, and a treatment method of the waste fluid using the facility.
SOLUTION: Discharge of untreated waste fluid during low combustion, before termination of combustion or immediately after ignition is prevented by monitoring operation status of the industrial combustion facility with signals from a flow meter of fuel that is supplied to the combustion facility and precisely and timely controlling the flow rate of waste fluid. At the same time, adverse effects on fuel systems, combustion chambers, and flues due to mixing of waste fluid can be prevented and optimum treatment of waste fluid can be realized in accordance with the type of waste fluid and combustion facility.
