To prevent surface irregularities of an industrial fabric, belt or sleeve.SOLUTION: An industrial fabric, belt or sleeve is produced by spirally winding strips of a polymeric material, such as an industrial strapping material or ribbon material, and joining adjoining sides of a strip material by using ultrasonic welding or laser welding techniques.
