Abstract:
To provide an industrial fabric with improved surface property while maintaining a binding force.SOLUTION: A binding warp includes a first binding warp and a second binding warp arranged forming an up-and-down group and a third binding warp forming a knuckle passing above the upper surface side weft. The upper surface side warp includes an upper surface side crushing yarn forming an up-and-down group with the third binding warp. The upper surface side crushing yarn, at a position where the third binding warp forms a knuckle on the upper surface side weft, passes under the upper surface side weft and crushes a part of a the upper surface side surface texture. In a complete texture, groups of the first binding warp and the second binding warp compensate with each other, and groups of the third binding warp and the upper surface side crushing yarn compensate with each other, hence groups of the first binding warp and the second binding warp and groups of the third binding warp and the upper surface side crushing yarn form a similar weave pattern to the upper surface side weft.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
