Abstract:
To provide a construction method for an industrial furnace in which a furnace building operation or a repairing operation is extremely easy, and further, a durable period after furnace building or repairing is elongated to reduce repairing frequency.SOLUTION: A construction method (furnace building or repairing method) for a rotary kiln comprises: a thermocouple covering step in which metallic frame bodies 5, 5... are fixed to the inside face of an outer wall 2 so as to cover the circumferences of thermocouples 4, 4... projecting inward; a castable refractory filling step in which castable refractories 7 are filled into the metallic frame bodies 5, 5...; and a refractory brick assembling step in which refractory bricks 3, 3... are assembled to a part other than the metallic frame bodies 5, 5...SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
