PURPOSE: To obtain a cleaner for industrial oils, which is capable of precipitating and removing fine solids present in the oils regardless of the kinds of solids by integrally and detachably combining a magnetic field supplyer for oils and a precipitating tank with an electromagnet and a supersonic vibrator by which flocks and fine powders are settled.

CONSTITUTION: Transparent covers 91 and 92 which can be freely opened or closed are attached to the upper parts of a body 1 and a precipitating tank 8 consisting of an inner wall 10 wound with an electromagnet 11 of a magnetic flux density of 1,000W6,000 gauss and an outer wall 12. An overflow tank 2 is provided at an arbitrary portion of the upper end of the body 1, and a flat plate 4 to form an oil path at an inclined angle from the outlet of the tank 2 is provided. And, the flat plate 4 is provided with an upper electromagnet 31 of a magnetic flux density of 100W1,500 gauss and a lower electromagnet 32 of a magnetic flux density of 300W 3,000 gauss, and also a machinery chamber 5 divided by a flat plate 5 is provided with a power device 6 and a supersonic wave oscillator 7. On the other hand, a supersonic wave vibrator 13 is detachably fixed to the bottom of the settling bath 14 of the precipitating tank 8, and also a partition plate 15 of a tapered section is provided at the center of the bath 14.
