To improve the assemblability and the heat radiation performance of a secondary battery.
A battery pack 30 includes a U-shaped counter weight 31 for taking a balance with a cargo loaded on a fork. The counter weight 31 is composed of a first weight member 41 and a second weight member 51. The first weight member 41 is composed of a first weight body 42 having a rectangle plate form and a first erection part 43 extending from one shorter side direction end 42a of the first weight body 42. The second weight member 51 has the same form as the first weight member 41. Square shape batteries 61 are fixed to the first erection part 43 and a second erection part 53. The first weight body 42 and a second weight body 52 are connected with each other in a state that the first erection part 43 is separated from the second erection part 53.
