Abstract:

To provide an inertial sensor module having high detection accuracy relative to a specific one axis.SOLUTION: An inertial sensor module includes: a first inertial sensor having a first axis as a detection axis; a second inertial sensor having the first axis as a detection axis; and an operational circuit. The first inertial sensor has higher detection accuracy than the second inertial sensor. A detection signal of the first axis, which is output from the first inertial sensor, and a detection signal of the first axis, which is output from the second inertial sensor, are input into the operational circuit, so that the operational circuit selects and outputs one of a first output signal based on the detection signal of the first axis, which is output from the first inertial sensor, and a second output signal based on the detection signal of the first axis, which is output from the second inertial sensor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
