Abstract:
To provide an infection restraint device which can enhance an infection restraint effect.SOLUTION: An infection restraint device 40 for restraining infection between a plurality of passengers which seats on a plurality of seats 11 disposed by lining-up in a cross direction and a longitudinal direction which is installed in Shinkansen which comprises the plurality of seats 11 and an air conditioning installation 12 which supplies air from an upward direction in a vertical direction and exhausts the air under a floor, includes an inlet port 61, an air purification mechanism 63 which purifies the air sucked from the inlet port 61 to generate clean air and an outlet port 81 which blows out the clean air in a frontward direction of a cross direction. The outlet port 81 is provided with an air barrier formation unit 51 capable of blowing out the laminar clean air extending in the vertical direction. The air barrier formation unit 51 is mounted to respective backrests 22 of the plurality of seats 11 and at the same time the outlet port 81 blows out the laminar clean air from a side end part in a longitudinal direction of the backrests 22 toward back faces of the backrests 22 in the front seats 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
