Abstract:
To provide an infectious disease ward and an air supply/exhaust control device for controlling air supply and exhaust of a room capable of not only eliminating a situation in which pathogenic bacteria carried by an infectious patient leaks to the outside, but also preventing a situation in which an infectious patient acquires another infectious disease attributed to general germs.SOLUTION: An infectious disease ward includes a sickroom 1, a front room 2 used for entry to/exit from the sickroom 1, and a breaking room 5 arranged between the sickroom 1 and the front room 2. Air pressure in each room is kept so as to be special negative pressure in which the air pressure in the sickroom 1 is lower than that of the front room 2, and the air pressure in the breaking room 5 is lower than that of the sickroom 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
