To surely perform sterilization and volume reduction detoxification of an infectious medical waste and to perform liquidation of the proceeded waste.
Oily product can be obtained by applying sterilization and volume reduction detoxification to an infectious medical waste by heat compression, crushing the proceeded product to adjust flaky with a certain particle size, gasifying the flake by heat dry distillation process, and cooling liquefying the gas as about 80% of the infectious medical waste is a plastic.
