Abstract:
PURPOSE:To attain the constant flow rate control and to stabilize the inflow rate to a treatment plant by applying the water level set value to a water level controller, and opening and closing a gate so as to keep the set value. CONSTITUTION:When a detected water level signal F is inputted to a Q-H function computing element 2, the water level H of a pump well 11 and the pump discharge quantity Q are decided based on a dotted line QsP. This quantity Q serves as the target value of control. For the movement of a flow rate QsP, the flow rate Q increases as the level H increases with '0' set as a base point. Then the flow rate Q is fixed at a point C and keeps this fixed level up to a water level HsP. When the water level exceeds the value HsP, the flow rate Q increases. A flow rate signal B is inputted to a flow rate meter 3 and then applied to a speed controller 4 with an output signal C of the meter 3. Thus the speed of a pump 9 is controlled. As a result, the inflow rate is kept at a fixed level in a treatment plant.
