A film 27 consisting of a fluorine-contained polymer having a functional group is formed on at least the track surface of the rolling bearing 16 in the state having a flow property. A thickener of nonuniform particle sizes and ions for uniform dispersion of this thickener are not included in this film 27, unlike a conventional fluorine based grease. In addition, film breakage and dust generation hardly occur and the friction resistance is extremely small.
