This information collection procedure management system has: a monitored system; a collection information database holding data including the collected failure investigation information; a failure diagnostic part network-connected to a first terminal operated by a person in charge of investigation, and deciding whether a past case corresponding to the detected failure is held in the collection information database or not based on a failure detection result acquired from the monitored system; a new procedure registration part generating a new collection command script based on procedure source data acquired from the first terminal device, and registering it in the collection information database; and an execution request part for requesting the monitored system to execute the collection command script.
