Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication system capable of directly contributing to a search of a person to be recognized such as an aged wanderer or a suspicious person and more accurately and promptly providing information on the basis of information about the detected person to be recognized, and an information communication method.SOLUTION: The information communication system includes a center station device 10 and a terminal station device 30. The center station device 10 includes a recognized person information registration section which registers determination item information for determining the person to be recognized. The center station device 10 transmits the determination item information registered in the recognized person information registration section over a wired or wireless network. The terminal station device 30 includes an image analysis section 37 which detects the person to be recognized from an image acquired by an image acquisition section 36 on the basis of the determination item information received over wired or wireless networks 21-23. The terminal station device transmits the image of the person to be recognized detected by the image analysis section and image related information to the center station device. On the basis of the received image of the person to be recognized and the received image related information, in the center station device, content data of a public-address broadcast are generated by a public-address broadcast content generation section.
