To provide an information control system for allowing even a user having no proper server to store and use data proper to or required for himself anytime at required time while keeping confidentiality by using a network.
This information control system has a client 40 and a server 42 joined to the network 41. Since the server 42 has a retrieving engine 47 for executing prescribed retrieval on the basis of information and data inputted from the client 40, a database 46 for storing the information, the data inputted from the client 40, and a calculation result of the retrieving engine 47, and an output engine 48 for outputting the calculation result to the client 40, the user can store the data in the server 42 only by inputting a prescribed item to a Web page, and can receive an offer of a prescribed information retrieving result, a drawing, and a list.
