PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently create information for cell analysis.SOLUTION: A feature group information creating part 42, out of cell images which are taken by capturing a cell cluster made up of a plurality of cells as a subject, creates information including a value of N types (N is an integer value of 1 or more) of feature parameters regarding a morphological feature of a single cell or a morphological feature of the cell cluster as feature group information, by using one or more cell images selected on a prescribed condition as a unit based on data on one or more cell images included in the unit. An analysis model creating part 44 or an evaluation target information acquiring part 46 acquires information which consists of values of M types (M is an integer value independent from N) of parameters as information used in performing predetermined analysis regarding a cell based on at least one type of N types of feature parameters included in the feature group information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
