The music information delivery system is provided with a music information providing center 101 which broadcasts various music information to users, a musical piece data delivery center 102 which delivers musical piece data to users, and user terminals 103 which receive broadcasting and request delivery of musical piece data to the music information providing center 101 and receive and record musical piece data from the musical piece data delivery center 102. The user terminals 103 request delivery of musical piece data being broadcast at present to the music information providing center 101, and the music information providing center 101 delivers pertinent musical piece data to user terminals 103 through the musical piece data delivery center 102, and the user terminals 103 are provided with a function for receiving and recording the delivered musical piece data.
