SOLUTION: A setting file includes a part specifying division of a display region with numeral coordinates and a file analysis part 211 analyzes the setting file to structure internal data including the numeral coordinates. A main control unit 21 divides the display of the information display device into a plurality according to the internal data and displays different information data of a moving picture, a still picture, a text character image, etc., in different areas at the same time.
