To virtually display an installation range of wave-dissipating blocks.SOLUTION: An information display device 100 comprises: three-dimensional model generating means for generating a three-dimensional model showing an installation range of wave-dissipating blocks on the basis of design data of wave-dissipating block installation; display means for superposing and displaying the three-dimensional model generated by the three-dimensional generating means on a video in an installation site of the wave-dissipating blocks; and display method changing means for changing a method for displaying wave-dissipating blocks located outside a standard range of wave-dissipating block installation and wave-dissipating blocks located inside the standard range of wave-dissipating block installation using a mixed reality technique in the video displayed by the display means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
