Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of opening and displaying a file that cannot be viewed on display devices attached to each machine base of a textile machine connected to a host computer, although the file is saved in the host computer.SOLUTION: An information display device is intended for a textile machine used in a factory in which multiple looms 11 are connected to a host computer 21. The information display device comprises: machine base identifiers that are installed on each loom 11; a reading device 32 for the machine base identifier; and a portable display device (tablet 30) capable of bi-directionally communicating with the host computer 21. The display device sends the machine base identifier read by the reading device 32 to the host computer 21, receives a file corresponding to the machine base identifier from the host computer 21 and displays the file.
