This device is provided with a table for names of a membership 41 in which names of a membership expressed with square forms of kana (Japanese syllabary) and names of the membership expressed with Chinese characters are stored by being related with each other in a storage part 4. In this case, when the name of the membership expressed with square forms of kana is inputted from a line interface 1, a control 2 reads out the name of the membership expressed with Chinese characters corresponding to the name of the membership expressed with the square forms of kana by referring the table for names of the membership 41 to display the name of the membership expressed with Chinese characters on a display part 6 via a display control part 5.
