PURPOSE: To relieve the load in a master station by distributing information to plural slave stations with one information retrieval and one communication processing when inquiries are received simultaneously from the plural slave stations with respect to same information.
CONSTITUTION: An information input processing program 302 reads an IP-ID being an identification code of a supplier, genre number of supplied information, its version number and cost of the information from a terminal equipment 304 in the interactive form when the program is started from the terminal equipment. The genre number is a number to identify the genre of the supplied information. After the information inputted from the terminal equipment 304 is read, the inputted information is displayed on the terminal equipment 304 for the observation of the supplier thereby confirming whether or not the content is correct. When the supplier inputs NG, the process is restored and the information inputted from the terminal equipment 304 is inputted again. When the supplier inputs OK, the input information message in a format shown in figure is generated and it is sent to a master station 205 via a CCU 303 and a line to make the processing complete.
