The mobile communication terminal 10, which transmits a delivery request signal including position information to the information delivery server 20 and receives delivery information corresponding to the position information from the information delivery server 20, includes an information storage part 14 for storing the delivery information, which includes content position information, content information corresponding to the content position information, and information on the distribution of content information located around the position information about the mobile communication terminal, in association with the position information, and a transmission determination part 15 for determining the presence of undelivered content information close to the latest position information according to the content information distribution information and determining whether or not to transmit the delivery request signal to the information delivery server 20.
